Understanding Your Order Timeline Every Final Whistle Club shirt is made to order — meaning your shirt doesn't exist until you buy it. This means there are two separate stages to getting it to your door:
Stage 1 — Production (Fulfillment) Before your order ships, it needs to be printed and prepared. This takes 2–5 business days and happens before any shipping begins. This stage is not affected by the shipping speed you select at checkout — all orders go through production first, no exceptions.
Stage 2 — Shipping (Transit) Once your order leaves our printer, shipping begins. This is when your tracking number activates and the delivery countdown starts.
- Domestic (US): 2–5 business days
- International: 4–15 business days depending on customs clearance
Your Real Delivery Window
- US customers: approximately 4–10 business days from order to door
- International customers: approximately 6–20 business days from order to door
Heads Up on International Orders Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside our control. Your tracking number will keep you updated every step of the way.
Tracking Every order ships with a tracking number sent straight to your email. You'll receive it once your order moves from production into shipping — not at the moment you place your order.
